Spinach Tomato Mushroom Salmon

  • 3 oz wild caught salmon
  • 1/2 cup spinach uncooked
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1 whole lemon juiced
  • Italian seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder


  1. Start by placing your spinach at the bottom of your plate, this is the base for the meal. 

  2. Cut and juice 1 whole lemon into your pan, add your salmon, tomatoes and mushrooms. Coat salmon on both sides with Italian seasoning, garlic and onion powder. 

  3. Turn on heat to a medium flame and cook salmon for 10 minutes on each side or until perfectly pink and not raw (I personally like mine a little more on the charred side).

  4. Once finished, add your cooked tomatoes, mushrooms and salmon on top of your bed of spinach. Add more lemon juice or any toppings you desire and enjoy!
