Tempeh & Veggie Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 package tempeh
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 whole pepper, diced
  • 1 cup asparagus, chopped
  • 1 package mushrooms
  • soy sauce, measured as you want
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a nonstick pan, then add your garlic, onion and peppers. Let sauté. 

  2. Cut your tempeh into strips, and add to your pan with some soy sauce. Cook for 2 minutes then add your asparagus and mushrooms. Cook fully!

  3. Serve warm and enjoy!
