Let’s talk menstrual cups!

In January, I made the switch to using a menstrual cup and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to tampons or pads. I told myself in 2019 that 2020 would be the year I start making better eco friendly decisions. I got rid of all makeup that wasn’t cruelty free and took the step to donate all unused unopened boxes of tampons and I bought my first menstrual cup.

After extensive research, I decided saaltco was the brand I wanted to purchase! I love their message and stand behind what they do as a company.

Many of you were interested to hear about menstrual cups and my experience with them so I put together this video to explain some things! With Earth day being tomorrow, I figured now is the best time to share! Menstrual cups help reduce waste and save the planet!

Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional nor an expert on feminine health or menstrual cups. I have done extensive research and this video explains that and my own personal experience. Please do your own research before purchasing a menstrual cup.
