Ideas for Christmas Decorations

Christmas is the best time of year. I love the spirit, the excitement, the decorating, the baking, the giving, etc. I love all of it. Decorating is one of my favorite things to do for Christmas, well for any holiday actually. Picking out a color scheme, dancing to music, it’s just so much fun! Of course you need a tree! A real one is always gorgeous, but not always practical. I’ve included a green and a white fake tree and both are beautiful. I have a fireplace in my house, so on the mantle we hang our stockings off of this NOEL stocking holder. It’s the cutest little accessory for the mantle! I stayed traditional with the ornaments and chose red, silver, and gold. Another ornament favorite that my mom loves to add on our tree are these Poinsettia clips. Just clip them onto the branches of the tree and it instantly adds a gorgeous touch. For the fairy lights and clear bowl, I like to throw some scented pinecones into the bowl and wrap the lights around them. You can also put ornaments in the bowl and do the same thing with the lights. It’s super cute and such an easy decoration to create! You can’t forget the decorative pillows and garland!
