DIY: Lip Sugar Scrubs

If you’re reading this post you probably had no idea lip scrubs even existed, and if you did know then you probably want to stop spending money at lush and make them yourself, like me. For those that don’t know, lip scrubs and lip care is very important.

A lip scrub is great for removing the dead skin layer from your lips that causes chapped and crusty lips. Having smooth lips not only makes them look good, but it makes lipstick or any product you wear on your lips stay longer, and it also makes kissing better. No one wants to kiss someone with chapped or crusty lips. lol

Lip sugar scrubs are super easy to make and you will really benefit from them in the long run. I recommend using your lip scrub at least once a week, but use more if needed (usually used more in the winter months). I have 3 recipes to share with you today: Coconut and Honey Lip Scrub, Chocolate Lip Scrub and a Vanilla Coconut Lip Scrub.
