Blueberry Granola Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Aren’t yogurt parfaits so adorable? I don’t know what it is, but I love yogurt parfaits. I always think of them as a “fancy” breakfast. I love how you can make them with any ingredients you want! For this one, I did a simple blueberry granola parfait and it was so delicious! Blueberries are my favorite fruit so I had to include them! Parfaits are awesome for breakfast, snacks, or dessert! Because I added granola, I probably would only eat this one for breakfast though. With Valentine’s Day coming up, this is a great breakfast to give a loved one. A cute little breakfast in bed!

What You’ll Need:

  • Yogurt (I used 2 small tubs of So Delicious Coconut Yogurt – I do not eat regular or greek yogurt)
  • Blueberries
  • Granola
  • Mason Jar
  • Spoon
  • Optional:
    • A drizzle of honey as a topping

What To Do:

  1. Pour the yogurt into the mason jar.
  2. Top with your blueberries.
  3. Add granola.
  4. Optional: Add a drizzle of honey.
  5. Enjoy!

I do not measure what I put in my yogurt parfaits. I like to add as much as I want, so do the same as well!

This blueberry granola yogurt parfait came out so delicious! I’m absolutely obsessed with it! I’ll definitely be making these more often. Yogurt parfaits can have any ingredients you want, so have fun with it! Another favorite of mine is adding peanut butter, cacao nibs and granola! Super yummy and filled with protein!
