Steamed Green Beans + Garlic
- 2 cups green beans (I like to use frozen, fresh is fine too)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1-2 sprays olive oil cooking spray
- pot filled with water
- small pan
Begin by boiling water in a pot on the stove. While water is boiling, chop your 3 garlic cloves.
Prep your pan with 1-2 sprays of olive oil cooking spray, then place your garlic cloves in and sauté until crunchy (do not burn them).
Add your green beans into the boiling water and let cook until soft (but not mushy).
Strain your green beans and place the garlic on top.
