Favorite Protein Smoothies

Do you love having protein smoothies but hate the taste of them? Well fear not! I have 4 easy recipes to spice up your protein drink!

I typically will have one of these in the morning, usually for breakfast or my snack after breakfast. They’re super easy to make and really quick too! Perfect for an on the go breakfast!

Ingredients for All:

  1. Ninja
  2. Blender Bottle
  3. Silk Almond Light Milk Light Vanilla (or any milk you prefer)
  4. Perfect Fit Protein Vanilla (or any protein you use)
  5. Ice
  6. Measuring Cup to measure out milk, and other ingredients

Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie:

  1. 1 scoop of Perfect Fit Protein Powder Vanilla (or any protein powder you use)
  2. 1 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk (or any milk you like)
  3. 1 – 2 tbsp. of Earth Balance Natural Peanut Butter (or any that you like)
  4. Ice
  • Throw everything into your blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a shaker bottle, or glass.
  • Enjoy!

Slim Down Protein Smoothie:

  1. 1 scoop of Perfect Fit Protein Powder Vanilla (or any protein powder you use)
  2. 1 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk (or any milk you like)
  3. 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
  4. Ice
  • Throw everything into your blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a shaker bottle, or glass.
  • Enjoy!

Mixed Fruit Protein Smoothie:

  1. 1 scoop of Perfect Fit Protein Powder Vanilla (or any protein powder you use)
  2. 1 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk (or any milk you like)
  3. 1 cup Frozen Mixed Fruit (doesn’t have to be frozen)
  4. Ice
  • Throw everything into your blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a shaker bottle, or glass.
  • Enjoy!

Apple and Spinach Protein Smoothie:

  1. 1 scoop of Perfect Fit Protein Powder Vanilla (or any protein powder you use)
  2. 1 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk (or any milk you like)
  3. 1 cup of spinach
  4. 1 cup sliced apples
  5. Ice
  • Throw everything into your blender (I use a nutribullet).
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a shaker bottle, or glass.
  • Enjoy!
