Blueberry smoothies have become my new favorite drink! I absolutely love blueberries, I might even be a little obsessed with them. They are filled with antioxidants that keep you and your body healthy! I was getting tired of the boring smoothie though so I decided to turn it into a smoothie bowl, which is exactly what I show you in this recipe post. This smoothie bowl will keep you full and feeling great all day! Give it a try! (:
What You’ll Need:
- 1 Cup of Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Container of So Delicious CoconutMilk Yogurt Alternative
- 1 Tbsp of Black Chia Seeds
- 1/4 Cup of Water
- Toppings (I used):
- 1 Sliced Banana
- Coconut Flakes
What To Do:
- Throw everything into your blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl and add your toppings!
- Take a picture for IG of course!
This smoothie bowl is insanely delicious! The blueberry smoothie is good on its own too if you’re on the go! Blueberries and bananas are my favorite fruits so I obviously had to include them in this recipe, and they taste amazing together.
